I Woke Up Early On My Born Day 28 Years Of Blessin'

big tings are gwaning. super pumped up for 2008. to be honest, at this age i would have never thought that I would have just finished law school after spending 3 years in a random midwest state. according to facebook i have 124 friends from MN, so that means i've somehow connected with at least that many people over that time that i would not have otherwise. i went from broke to brokers, from brokers to books, and from books to...possibly out in minneapolis, toronto, joburg, london...tanzania, lunch with mandela, dinner with cavalli (big lyrics, i had to go that way).

2007 on its own stands for some big tings. started out the year being in london, amsterdamn, paris all for the first time. and then over the year, managed to make it out to san fran, los angeles, and indianapolis (all for the first time), then trips to vegas( twice, i don't know why since i don't gamble), new york, chicago, and my first summer in minneapolis which had me out on a boat for the first time, and other random flexes, great times. threw down in some nice and grimey places. along the way i also ended up in the court (for good reasons), and learned a lot of lessons. of course there were some battles, some hard knocks along the way, but now that i'm here, it was all part of the journey. and that's pretty much the corniest i can get, but then again so is writing about myself and random things on blogs, and some people have managed to make a life out of it thinking that other people care what they have to say...so respect.

i'm in love with art again, i didn't do these, but i really like them so i thought i'd share. i'm going to do my best to get back into the game myself. these are just because some 'tings' just make me smile. it feels good to be home.
