(i had written this much earlier in the year, and everything in it basically applies again, except now replace the "oh i think he like me" with "im bringing sexyback" sad i know but it's a lot better then me singing "promiscuos girl")

my brother use to do this thing where whenever we would drive somewhere if there was a song he would like, he would play it over and over. it was a lot like radio raheem in do the right thing where he would only play public enemy's "fight the power" and when someone asked him why he only plays that one song, radio raheem responded, "because that's the only song i like" well the only problem was that we never had a cd player in our car, we would be stuck with a tape deck and that means when you rewind the song, you have to wait like 30 seconds. then sometimes he would rewind it too far, and instead of letting it play till the song came back on, he would fast forward, going too far forward. and this process would go back and forth, until we finally just got it right, but we'd spend most of the trip with no music, because we were either rewinding or fast forwarding. i once suggested that i could just make one tape with the same song about 27 times, but he said it wouldn't be the same.

anyways, this has nothing to do with that, i just thought i would bring that up. instead, today was one of those days where you hear a song in the morning, and it's in your head the whole day. you find yourself humming the tune, maybe you even do the robot to the beat in your head, which i guess is fine, except when the song is a totally corny weak ass song, and you can't get it out of your head. i hate that. and that happened to me all day, and i'm even too embarrassed to say what song it is. but "oh i think they like me"
